Free-cooling Screw Air-cooled Chiller

- The unit adopts the first-class brand new high-efficiency IPLV double screw compressor. With the high-efficiency 5:6 patent non-symmetrical tooth type, the compressor is attached with the unloading energy control device to realize the multi-level or continuative energy regulation.

- Available functions include high and low voltage protection, anti-icing protection for chilled water, power phase sequence protection, lack of phase protection, insufficient water flow protection, compressor motor & fan motor overload protection, overheating protection and automatic start after power cut. The control interface has high password security to prevent misoperation.
- Unique free-cooling coiler and condenser integrated design, heat exchange efficiency more than 20% higher than the traditional split type, with annual energy efficiency ratio (AEER) up to 10~12.
- According to the changes of machine room and environmental working conditions, three flexible control modes (compressor refrigeration, mixed refrigeration, Freecooling complete natural cooling) are designed to coordinate the operation execution of each component and maximize the use of natural cooling source on the premise of safety and reliability.
